On July 19, 2021, FactSet Research Systems Inc. ("FactSet" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Kristina W. Karnovsky, Senior Vice President, Head of Research Solutions of FactSet, assumed the new role of Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer of the Company effective July 19, 2021.
