Departure of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
On November 30, 2018, Edward Baker-Greene separated from FactSet Research Systems Inc. (the “Company’) and ceased to serve in the role of Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in accordance with the Company’s previous announcement.
