Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On May 22, 2017, the Principal Investigator for ex-North America countries for the Phase 3 ORBIT-3 and ORBIT-4 clinical trials of Aradigm Corporation (the “Company”), Charles Haworth, MD, FRCP, presented the analysis of the results for such trials, which investigated the safety and efficacy of the Company’s investigational drug product Linhaliq™, at the American Thoracic Society International Conference in Washington, DC. The presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
