Endologix Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
IRVINE, Calif., July 30, 2009/PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/– Endologix, Inc. (NASDAQ: ELGX) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 3,900,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering at a price to the public of $4.10 per share. The gross proceeds to Endologix, before offering expenses, from the sale of shares are expected to be $15,990,000. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on August 4, 2009. Piper Jaffray & Co. will be the sole manager for the offering.
The offering is being made pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 8, 2009 that became effective on June 1, 2009. A prospectus supplement relating to the offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
