ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On May 4, 2009, TIB Financial Corp. issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
