Section 1.15 Indenture and Securities Solely Corporate Obligations. No recourse for the payment of the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on any Security, or for any claim based thereon or otherwise in respect thereof, and no recourse under or upon any obligation, covenant or agreement of the Company in this Indenture or in any supplemental indenture or in any Security, or because of the creation of any indebtedness represented thereby, shall be had, directly or indirectly, against any incorporator, subscriber to the shares of beneficial interest (or capital stock or membership interests (as applicable)), shareholder, stockholder, member, employee, agent, manager, officer, trustee or director, as such, past, present or future, of the Company or the Trustee or of any predecessor or successor corporation, either directly or through the Company or the Trustee or any predecessor or successor corporation, whether by virtue of any constitution, statute or rule of law, or by the enforcement of any assessment or penalty or otherwise; it being expressly understood that this Indenture and the obligations issued hereunder are solely corporate obligations and that no such personal liability whatever shall attach to, or is or shall be incurred by, any incorporator, subscriber to the shares of beneficial interest (or capital stock or membership interests (as applicable)), shareholder, stockholder, member, employee, agent, manager, officer, trustee or director, as such, of the Company or the Trustee or of any predecessor or successor corporation, because of the creation of the indebtedness hereby authorized, or under or by reason of the obligations, covenants or agreements contained in this Indenture or in any of the Securities or implied therefrom; and that any and all such personal liability of every name and nature, either at common law or in equity or by constitution or statute, of, and any and all such rights and claims against, every such incorporator, subscriber to the shares of beneficial interest (or capital stock or membership interests (as applicable)), shareholder, stockholder, member, employee, agent, manager, officer, trustee or director, as such, because of the creation of the indebtedness hereby authorized, or under or by reason of the obligations, covenants or agreements contained in this Indenture, any supplemental indenture hereto, any certificate or other writing delivered in connection herewith, or in any of the Securities or implied therefrom, are hereby expressly waived and released as a condition of, and as a consideration for, the execution of this Indenture and the issuance of such Securities. By accepting a Security, each Holder agrees to the provisions of this Section 1.15 and waives and releases all such liability. Such waiver and release shall be part of the consideration for the issuance of the Securities.
Section 1.16 Indenture May be Executed in Counterparts. This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.

SECURITY FORMS
Section 2.1 Forms Generally. The Securities of each series shall be in such form or forms as shall be established by or pursuant to one or more Board Resolutions and set forth in such Board Resolutions, or, to the extent established pursuant to, rather than set forth in, such Board Resolutions, an Officer’s Certificate detailing such establishment, or in one or more indentures supplemental hereto, in each case with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as are required or permitted by this Indenture, and may have such letters, numbers or other marks of identification and such legends or endorsements placed thereon as may be required to comply with any applicable law or with any rules or regulations pursuant thereto, or any rules of any securities exchange or Depositary therefor or as may, consistently herewith, be determined by the officers executing such Securities, as evidenced by
