Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On September 3, 2008, ATSI Communications, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing that it had been selected by Deloitte & Touche LLP, along with their corporate partners America’s 401(k), CresaPartners, Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, NASDAQ, TriNet and Porsche as one of the 2008 50 fastest growing technology companies in the state of Texas. The Press Release includes previously undisclosed information relating to the revenues and profitability of the Company for the Fiscal Year ended July 31, 2008.
