Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 6, 2014, BioScrip, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its 2014 second quarter financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01. Other Events.
As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its 2014 second quarter financial results on August 7, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Interested parties may participate in the conference call by dialing 800-679-2940 (U.S.) or 303-223-2690 (International) 5-10 minutes prior to the start of the call. A replay of the conference call will be available for two weeks after the call's completion by dialing 800-633-8284 (U.S.) or 402-977-9140 (International) and entering conference call ID number 21728610. An audio webcast and archive will also be available for 30 days under the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website atwww.bioscrip.com.
The press release includes certain non-GAAP financial measures as described therein. As required by Regulation G, reconciliation between any non-GAAP financial measures presented and the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures is also provided.
