Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 13, 2024, Meng-Lin Sung, the Chief Financial Officer of Ainos, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from her positions with the Company, effective as of such date. The departure of Ms. Sung was not related to any disagreement with the Company’s operations, accounting policies or practices.
