Who We Are Approximately fifteen year-old community focused banking organization with approximately $9.2 billion in assets. Fifteen community banks with strong ties to local residents and business leaders in the Chicago and Milwaukee metropolitan markets. 9 charters started since 1991 and 7 acquisitions since the 4th qtr 2003. (One of the acquisitions was an in- market transaction and it was merged recently with an existing Bank charter.) 72 existing banking locations

Restatement of 2005 Financial Statements Re: SFAS 133 Interpretations on Debt Swaps The Company restated the 2005 Financial Statements as a result of the evolving interpretations of a complex accounting standard regarding accounting documentation of interest rate swaps.
