On November 8, 2013, Carver Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Deborah C. Wright, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, adopted a trading plan in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as part of her tax management and personal financial planning strategies.
