The Registrant reports that it has sold 823,520 shares, par value NIS 1 each, of Blue Square Real Estate Ltd. ("BSRE") for a price of NIS 111 per share for aggregate consideration of NIS 91,410,720 in a private transaction. Following the sale, the Registrant holds approximately 54.07% of the outstanding shares of BSRE.
