On February 16, 2007, the Company received a letter from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel informing that company that it has demonstrated full compliance with the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirement of Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) and all other requirements necessary for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
