Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 18, 2024, The Company participated in a live interview via Twitter regarding the potential resignation of the CEO Corinda Melton sometime in 2024. Also discussed were the Company’s exploration in vetting potential merger candidates in the Artificial Intelligence and Technology space in Malaysia and Singapore.
