On October 29, 2008, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of $.015 per share. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2008. A copy of our press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
