On July 19, 2013, Sun Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) was advised that Edward Malandro, III, Executive Vice President and Director of Consumer Banking of Sun National Bank, the Registrant’s wholly-owned subsidiary, would resign his position effective as of that date.
