Item 8.01 Other Events
On July 19, 2007, the Registrant’s Board of Directors approved a repurchase program to acquire up to 5%, or approximately 1,000,000 shares, of its outstanding common stock in the open market. The Registrant announced that the repurchases would be made from time to time, subject to the availability of stock, over the next 18 months.
