On January 16, 2014, following the receipt of non-objection from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, dated November 4, 2013, Keith Stock was seated as a director Sun Bancorp, Inc. He was also seated as a director of Sun National Bank on the same date, following the receipt of non-objection from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, dated December 19, 2013.
