Coldwater Creek Inc. (the “Company”) reported on June 27, 2006 that it has received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that the filing delinquency in connection with its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended April 29, 2006 (the “Form 10-Q”) has been cured and the hearing the Company requested before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has been cancelled.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on June 27, 2006 announcing this notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
