(e) On December 8, 2006, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Coldwater Creek Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to $350,000 in the annual salary of Dan Moen, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, effective October 29, 2006.
