Coldwater Creek Inc. hereby amends its Current Report on Form 8-K filed September 17, 2007 to correct the date of the reported event. The date in the text was incorrectly reported as July 15, 2007 and should have been September 15, 2007.

Dennis Pence, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwater Creek Inc. suffered a mild heart attack Saturday, September 15, 2007. The attending physician described the event as “very mild”. Mr. Pence’s condition was described as very good and no permanent disability is anticipated as a result of the event.
