Item 8.01 Other Events
Willis Lease Finance Corporation (“Willis”) and Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”) have entered into an Engine Lease Support Program Agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to which Willis will provide long-term lease support to Southwest for twenty-two (22) CFM56-7B24 spare aircraft engines over the course of the next five (5) years. The first two (2) engines to be leased under the Agreement have now been delivered.
