On December 10, 2013 the Board of Directors of Empire Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a regular cash dividend of $0.025 per share of its outstanding common stock, payable on January 7, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 24, 2013. On December 11, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing this regular dividend, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
