| 2. On February 6, 2015, the issuer declared a cash dividend of $0.11 per share of common stock, payable March 27, 2015 to all shareholders of record on March 13, 2015 (the "Dividend"). In accordance with the terms of the Restricted Stock Agreements dated April 26, 2013 and April 25, 2014, 13 and 25 additional shares of restricted stock were received by the reporting person in connection with the Dividend, respectively.
