UNITEDAUTO ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI,April 29, 2004 — UnitedAuto Group, Inc. (NYSE:UAG), a FORTUNE 500 automotive specialty retailer, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share payable on June 1, 2004 to shareholders of record on May 10, 2004.
