Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On October 3, 2005 the Company announced today that it has amended its existing $25 million senior credit facility with its senior lender as discussed in the press release filed as Exhibit 99.1. The definitive agreement will be filed within the timeframe required by the instructions to Form 8-K.
