Monster Worldwide Provides Additional Update on Stock Option Grants
New York, June 13, 2006 — Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), the parent company of Monster, the leading global online careers and recruitment resource, today announced that the company has received a direction to preserve all relevant information in anticipation of a request for documents from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with its informal investigation of stock option grants previously issued at the Company. Monster Worldwide intends to cooperate fully with such request and investigation.
