Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 6, 2012, Mr. Michael Wasik, the President and Chief Executive Officer of the registrant, gave a presentation at the LD Micro Fifth Annual Conference in which Mr. Wasik provided a PowerPoint presentation regarding the registrant’s progress to date with respect to the installation of the registrant’s product suites in Hyatt Corp. (“Hyatt”) hotels. A copy of the PowerPoint presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
