On December 15, 2008, the Company issued a press release to announce its annual dividend. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit hereto.

On December 12, 2008, the Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $.30 per share payable on January 12, 2009 to Common Stock holders of record as of the close of business on December 29, 2008.
