On December 1, 2009, the Company issued a press release to announce its annual dividend. A copy of the press release is attached as an exhibit hereto.
On November 30, 2009, the Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $.40 per share payable on January 13, 2010 to Common Stock holders of record as of the close of business on December 23, 2009.
