DF CHINA TECHNOLOGY (“DFCT”) ANNOUNCES
DISPOSAL OF ASSETS REDUCING THE NET ASSET VALUE
OF DFCT TO US$454,797.38
On 27 January 2004, the Company entered into an agreement with a third party that the Company has disposed of its majority assets for debts reduction. As a result thereof, the net asset of DFCT is reduced to US$454,797.38 representing a net asset value of US$0.017 per share, compared to the net asset value of US$2.55 million (equivalent to US$0.128 per share) as of 31 March 2003.
