On January 18, 2012 we issued a press release announcing that Eldad Eilam had been named our president and chief operating officer and that Steven Ledger had been named chairman of our board. The press release further stated that Bob Dilworth would continue in his role as our chief executive officer and our board of directors had approved expanding its size from five seats to seven seats. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
