Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 26, 2015, On Track Innovations Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has received a favorable ruling by the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, that mobile phones sold by the defendant, T-Mobile USA, Inc., which were enabled with NFC technology, infringes the Company’s U.S. Patent No. 6,045,043. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
