Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 9, 2021 Ms. Donna Marks provided On Track Innovations Ltd. (the “Company”) a written notice of her resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective December 1, 2021. The resignation of Ms. Marks did not involve any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management or the Board.
