(the "Company" or "Orckit") and (ii) the Company’s Registration Statements on Form S-8, Registration Nos. 333-05670, 333-08824, 333-12178, 333-131991 and 333-164090.
During the night of November 6, 2012, a fire broke out in the server room of the Company's headquarters. As a result, a portion of the Company's servers and communication equipment was damaged. The Company is working to restore normal operations, together with its insurer, and is evaluation the scope of the damage.
