Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 1, 2010, Matthew V. Booty, the Registrant’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Registrant’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), provided notice of his intent to resign as an employee and Chief Executive Officer of the Registrant effective on March 24, 2010. Mr. Booty will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and President of the Registrant. Mr. Booty had no disagreement with the Company on any matters related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
