Item 5.02 Directors or Principal Officers
On January 23, 2008, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania, parent company of Univest National Bank and Trust Co., appointed Wallace H. Bieler to Alternate Director. Mr. Bieler replaces William G. Morral who was appointed Director. Mr. Bieler will serve the remaining term which expires at the annual shareholders meeting on April 8, 2008.
