On January 25, 2008, Pinnacle Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release to announce that it will voluntarily withdraw its common stock form listing on the American Stock Exchange (“AMEX”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference.
The Company intends to file a Form 25 related to withdrawal of its common stock from AMEX listing on February 4, 2008 and expects that its shares will be removed from AMEX listing on February 14, 2008. Thereafter, the Company currently expects that its shares will be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
