Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
The registrant has posted on its website (www.schiffnutrition.com) its Fiscal Year 2005 and 2004 historical condensed consolidated financial statements by quarter with the divestitures of its Weider branded business and Haleko Unit reflected as Discontinued Operations.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 25, 2005, the registrant filed a Certificate of Amendment to Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Delaware Department of State, Division of Corporations, changing its corporate name from Weider Nutrition International, Inc. to Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. A copy of the press release announcing the name change of the registrant is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
