1. Represents restricted stock units ("RSUs") that settle for shares of common stock on a 1-for-1 basis. The RSUs are scheduled to vest over a four-year period, with one-fourth vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remainder vesting ratably on a monthly basis thereafter through the fourth anniversary of the grant date.
