Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Director George G. Golleher resigned from the boards of directors (the “Boards”) of each of Linens Holding Co. and Linens ’n Things, Inc. effective April 23, 2008. To the knowledge of the registrants, Mr. Golleher did not resign due to any disagreement with the registrants’ operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Golleher was a member of the Compensation Committee of each of the Boards. Effective April 23, 2008, director Pamela J. Romano was elected a member of the Compensation Committees to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Golleher’s resignation.
