Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On April 11, 2012, Lithia Motors, Inc., an Oregon corporation, announced its plans to conduct a conference call following the release of financial results for the first quarter and three months ended March 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
