Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 10, 2013, Lithia Motors, Inc., an Oregon corporation, announced the acquisition of BMW, Honad and Volkswagen stores in Oregon. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
