Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 7, 2014, Lithia Motors, Inc., an Oregon corporation, announced its plans to conduct a conference call following the release of financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
