On October 30, 2014, Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

On October 30, 2014, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.16 per share cash dividend, to be paid on December 5, 2014 to shareholders of record as of November 21, 2014.
