On February 25, 2015 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 25, 2015, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.16 per share cash dividend, to be paid on March 27, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 13, 2015.
