On October 21, 2015 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of 2015.A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1

On October 21, 2015, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.20 per share cash dividend, to be paid on November 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 6, 2015.
