Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On January 28, 2016 , Lithia Motors, Inc., an Oregon corporation, announced the acquisition of a Subaru store in Riverside, California. Lithia also announced its fourth quarter 2015 financial results will be released on February 24, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated in this Item 7.01 by reference.
