On February 24, 2016 Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter of 2015.A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 24, 2016, Lithia Motors, Inc. announced a $0.20 per share cash dividend, to be paid on March 25, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 11, 2016.
