On November 15, 2021, SG Blocks, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release that included financial information for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
